Got a call from someone trying to flog a cheaper boiler cover, said they could knock the price down from £250 to £180 a year. The funny thing is, they didn’t even seem to know what I’m paying now or who with. When I started asking them loads of questions, they got all annoyed and started shouting at me on the phone. Kept repeating the same stuff again and again. So I told them they sounded like a scam and asked where they got my details from, but they couldn’t give me a straight answer. Told them to do one and they just hung up on me.
