I've received calls from this number, and it turns out it's a firm called One Bill Telecom attempting to persuade you to switch over to their services. Strangely enough, the callers seem to be based in India or Pakistan, yet they all introduce themselves with very common English names such as David, James, and John. It strikes me as rather suspicious; I wouldn't be surprised if this was some sort of scam aimed at fishing for your personal information. Exercise caution!

I received a call from someone claiming to be Aaron at BT! I was quite intrigued, as I had my caller ID working, so I took a moment to search the number and check out the feedback here. Curiosity got the better of me, and I picked up the phone. I pointed out that it was odd for a BT number to be calling me since I had received a call from the exact same number just the previous week, and it was from the Electricity provider. The chap on the other end seemed rather flustered, mumbling and stammering before I flat-out asked if he was a bit muddled about his employer. At that point, he abruptly hung up! Here’s hoping I won’t hear from them again!
