2 yearsOn the 11th of January 2024, my home phone rang, and the caller claimed to be from Sky TV, talking about insurance for their gear. I told them I didn’t have Sky TV at all. They then mentioned an insurance plan supposedly costing me £11.99 a month for the past year, saying it was time to renew. I told them I had no idea about any such payments and wasn't interested.
