Looks like this is the main number for Waltham Forest Council’s switchboard. Everytime I've got a call from any dept they all seem to route through this number??? It’s pretty useless, cos the call gets bounced through Leyton Jubilee Park area and goes over the O2 network?????

this number kept calling me several times, whenever i picked up, the person on the other line would just stay silent and then disconnect right away. quite annoying really.
