Had a chat with the company on Saturday to clarify my situation regarding the inability to head out and gather the necessary documents due to this pesky flu. They mentioned that these individuals might consider a wait of 7 to 10 weeks, allowing me time to recover and get back to normal, especially while still being contagious. Now, three weeks on and enduring at least another four days of feeling unwell, we’ve had countless missed calls from these persistent people on our phone.
