2 yearsGot a phone call from 020 8492 2246, someone said they were from OpenReach. The person gave their full name and some employee number to sound legit. They started telling me my IP address had switched from private to public - absolute rubbish if you ask me. I asked some proper questions like which telephone exchange my line was connected to and details about my broadband service. That’s when they turned nasty, called me a fraud when I challenged them and just slammed the phone down.
