I answered the phone and it was dead silent at first, so I told them to try speaking now. After a bit, this foreign bloke, barely speaking English, said hello really faintly. I asked him to speak louder because I couldn't hear properly. Then he asked me twice if I was hard of hearing, which annoyed me so I said I’m on the TPS and I’ll be reporting him for wasting my time. He said something else but I hung up straight away and put in a report. You could hear other people doing the same in the background, definitely a call centre trying to scam.
