He introduced himself as Adam and spoke with an Indian lilt. Oddly enough, he claimed I had reported some issues to my housing agent, which struck me as quite peculiar. He then offered to help with home repairs. When I inquired, in the most courteous manner, about the company he represented, he abruptly ended the call. It’s obvious this was either a SCAM or some strange sales pitch. BT ought to block this number without delay!
