I received this rather unsettling automated call purporting to be from BT Openreach, warning me of an impending disconnection. Out of curiosity, I pressed "1" to chat with one of their so-called "advisers." However, the moment I pointed out that we actually aren’t BT customers in the slightest, the line went dead. Quite the dodgy operation, if you ask me!
