Got a call from someone saying they were with BT. They didn’t ask who I was or mention my account - just said their system had flagged my router for slow or unreliable speed. I didn’t really want to waste time listening. I’m not paying BT enough for them to be ringing me out of the blue offering upgrades, and I bet they’re busy enough dealing with real problems reported by paying customers. I ended the call nicely. My router’s own status page shows everything’s fine anyway.
