I had a call claiming to be from BT Openreach saying our internet was hacked or something like that. When I asked for details, they were pretty vague. I told them to send something in writing and we’d look into it, then they just cut me off with no warning. That doesn’t feel like something BT would do, so I’m calling this one dodgy. Also, the person sounded like they had a foreign accent and there was background noise the whole time.
