I told him no, I was out in the greenhouse. He asked if I could go to the computer, and I said no. Then he said he'd call back at 4pm, which was fine. When he rang at 4, he repeated the same questions. I asked who he was, and he said technical support. I said alright. He asked if I was at the computer and I said yes, although I was actually standing in the hallway. He told me to look at the top left of the screen for “Open with” and delete that. I said I had. Then he asked me to type in some code, which I did. Then he told me to double click something else, and I lost it, told him I must be a total idiot. He asked me to watch my language, so I just hung up. Tried to report the number to TalkTalk but the operator refused to note it.
