I've come across some debt collectors who are clearly not being upfront about their identities, posing as if they aren't affiliated with Virgin or NBNA. It's rather dodgy, to say the least!

We've had the same ordeal with a missed call from 0208 453 1413. When we tried to return the call, an automated message informed us that the line was busy. What a bunch of muppets!
