Watch out, this is definitely a scam. They claim to be from BT, telling you there are error messages coming from your router - total nonsense. Their real goal is to trick you into installing software so they can hack into your PC and steal info. I got caught once a while back. Never download anything they tell you to. The "error messages" they make you look at are just regular Windows alerts from usual logs. Both times I got calls from an 0208 number, but the person on the other end spoke with an Indian accent and there was a tiny lag on the call.
