So the call kicked off with one of those auto-dialler things. The person said they were from Aviva, asking about an accident claim. I told him I don’t have Aviva insurance. Then he switched gears, saying he was working for the other party involved. When I told him I hadn’t had any accident, he just gave up. Honestly, the bloke didn’t sound professional enough even for a cold call, so I'd bet it was just a scam.
