I got a call from some Indian call centre folks saying they were from BT and that my internet was being used by others. I decided to play along and never gave them my email, but somehow they’d already sent me a link via email that looked like it came from BT for real. When I asked the woman why she was pretending to be BT and called her a scammer and a thief, she just abruptly cut me off! Quite cheeky if you ask me.
