I've received a refund notification from Sky for an overpayment, but I've never been a customer of theirs. Quite baffling!

I got a call saying it was from Sky about a refund they supposedly owe me, claiming to already have all my info. I said, if you've got everything then just go ahead and sort the refund, no need to call. I never gave them any of my details so this smells like a scam to me. The number they called from was 02084410798.
