Got a call from what sounded like an Indian call centre, they said they were from “Diesel Particulate Filter” and weirdly, they already knew my name. Bit sketchy if you ask me.

Got a robocall claiming they were from BT, saying some dodgy person had accessed my BT Broadband and phone line without permission. They told me to press 1 to talk to an agent. I just ignored it, didn't answer, and waited for the call to drop before hanging up.
