Some bloke calling himself Alan Smith, sounded a bit foreign, said he was from BT tech support and told me my internet was no longer private but public. Asked if I’d downloaded anything recently. He gave me an ‘employee number’ which I reckon was fake, so I said I’d ring up BT to see if the call was legit. He just said alright and ended the call super fast.
