Sounds like a total scam. They claimed to be volunteers from some London info and advice group. I was told my number was passed on by "the community," but they wouldn't say which one exactly. Then they tried to convince me it was fine because the "community" supposedly only gave my number to them. The only app I’ve recently used and that might’ve leaked my info is Hungry Panda, since a mate just told me to download it. It’s the only new app I’ve signed up with in the last few months. Pretty fishy if you ask me.

I tried ringing back and got a message saying “number not recognised, please disconnect and try later.” I phoned a few times with the same result. Got a call from 02084320836, they claimed to sell me flights from Birmingham to India with Brusell Airline, but when I checked, no tickets were actually booked. Ended up getting scammed out of £1000 for two tickets. When I tried calling back, they kept me waiting for an hour then just hung up. This UK Holiday Expert Ltd team is a complete scam. Another number to watch out for is 020 3371 8167, with people named Sean Hawkins, Jacbo, and Scott involved. They targeted elderly pensioners, at least ten folks in the Midlands got caught out.
