I got a call on my own mobile, which isn’t listed anywhere and definitely not linked to my workplace. The caller wanted to speak to the person in charge of ecommerce. Well, I wasn’t having any of it and told them off pretty sharply before blocking the number. The woman on the other end had an Asian accent, but it was hard to tell exactly if it was from the sub-continent or somewhere further east.

They kept calling and emailing me nonstop, saying they were from "Sellers Hub" which honestly sounds a lot like eBay's sellers hub. When I asked if they were actually linked to eBay, they dodged the question completely, so obviously they’re not connected. Then they wanted my account details and emails, which felt way too intrusive. I just blocked the number straight away.
