I got a call from Ravencroft, a physio place over in Clapham Junction. Definitely not some dodgy scam or anything like that.

I got a call from this number about a physio appointment in Tunbridge Wells, but something felt off. I tried to find the address there but came up empty, so I didn't go. I also checked the practitioner’s name, and it doesn’t seem connected to me at all. Now I’ve received a letter demanding £20 for a missed session, which confuses me even more. The letter came from Leicester, the invoice said Nuffield Health, but the address listed was in Epsom, Surrey? I’m really unsure if this is legit and whether I should bother paying.
