2 yearsThe call cut off almost instantly, like within two seconds, but I didn’t hear the usual ‘boooip’ noise that comes with overseas scam calls via VOIP. So I reckon it was probably a local UK scam using an auto-dialler, but nobody answered on their end. My landline is ex-directory, signed up with the TPS, and I never make outgoing calls from it. Only BT, my alarm firm, and TPS have my number, so this was either a scam, a cold call, or someone dialling the wrong number - most likely a scam though.UKTPSBTSubmit Your Own Report (020 8424 9433)
