Had a rather dodgy call from someone claiming to be with BT, saying my IP address has been hacked. The chap had a proper Indian accent and started asking me to check my “private and public” IP addresses. Honestly, I reckon these people should just find an honest job instead of trying to scam folks like this!

Suspected BT scam alert! It appears that my IP address has been compromised, allowing these fraudsters to remotely invade my device and pilfer sensitive information like bank details. The call came from someone with an Indian accent, who guided me through the process of examining my "private and public" IP addresses. I would suggest they put their talents to better use and seek a decent job instead.
