Some bloke called up claiming he was from Virgin’s IT team, saying they were ringing to fix some issues with my internet and hub. Problem was, I’d already been on the phone to Virgin a few days before about my broadband messing up. Then he asked me to log into my bank account so he could 'send' me £404 as compensation for the hassle Virgin caused. I wasn’t having any of it and said no, which seemed to really wind him up. In the end, I just ended the call.
