I received a call from someone named Michael Banks, who claimed to represent the "Diplomatic Business Office." The conversation was drawn out and rather theatrical, delivered in a posh accent that could rival a character from a Shakespearean play. He was all about promoting some directory allegedly backed by Vince Cable. However, I'm on high alert now, as I've had similar experiences before with a supposed Diplomatic Information Office, which turned out to be dodgy. This whole thing seems quite suspect and I can't find any evidence that this is legitimate. Proceed with caution, folks!
