Received a call from someone claiming to be Amazon support, but it was definitely a scam. They already had our email and somehow managed to reset our Amazon password, which triggered an email with a code. They then asked for that code to hijack our account. Never, ever share that code! Just end the call and block the number straight away.

Beware, folks! I recently had a dodgy caller posing as an Amazon representative (they're using a UK phone number that’s been faked). Clearly, they've somehow snagged our email details because they managed to reset our Amazon password. This triggered an email with an OTD code that they were desperate to get their hands on. They wanted me to tell them that code so they could seize control of my account. Whatever you do, don’t share that code! Just hang up immediately and make sure to block that number. Stay safe!
