So this woman kept ringing me, saying she was from BT and wanted to assist with my BT account. She claimed she noticed I was having problems and offered to help out. There was loads of background noise, like a busy call centre, with people chatting. I asked her straight up if she was actually with BT or just pretending. Then the line went dead for a bit, and she ended the call! The funny thing is, I don’t even have any BT services at all - no phone line or internet!
