Got a call from someone pretending to be BT internet, warning me they’d disconnect my landline because of some “suspicious activity.” Honestly, it’s baffling how these scammers believe they’ve got the power to just shut off a BT line - shows how clueless they really are. If they spent even a fraction of that time looking for legit jobs instead of conning folks, they’d probably be doing well financially by now. This happened around 1:45 pm on 8th July 2021.
