They exude an air of desperation and seem rather clueless in the process. They shouldn't be permitted to operate in such a manner. It's quite likely they've got some department behind them that follows ambulances just moments after an insured incident, all while pushing the whole no win, no fee nonsense!

They come across as aggressive salespeople, and frankly, their lack of understanding is quite astonishing. It's hard to believe they should even be operating in this capacity. There's a strong chance they even have a team shadowing emergency services, swooping in to hawk insurance and 'no win, no fee' deals right after an incident. What a dodgy practice!
