Some bloke rang me up about my loft insulation, said it might be causing condensation. I asked him a couple of times who he was, and if I understood correctly, he said he was Tom from UK ECO INNOVATIONS GROUP or something like that. When I questioned him how I was supposed to trust he wasn’t trying to scam me or just wasting my time, he just hung up on me.
