On the 15th of December, I got a call on my home phone. The person claimed to be from the bank's security team and talked about some fees on my account. It was a scam for sure - I ended up hanging up and blocking the number straight away.

Got an automated call saying I needed to act fast or my national insurance number would be frozen because of supposed 'illegal activity'. Definitely a scam, don’t fall for it!
