6 yearsThis bloke called sayin he was with BT sayin there was a fault with the broadband. I was so close to telling him to sort his own mess cause the line's been rubbish for ages. He had a really strong Nigerian accent and just kept rambling on. I ended up telling him he was nothing but a scammer and a cheat. Honestly, the media should really step up and help track these scammers down and stop them, especially to keep folks who might be more easily duped safe.BT6 yearsSome guy called to say that TalkTalk told BT to let me know about ongoing issues with my broadband connection. I thanked him politely and ended the call. Bit of a nuisance really. Also, I could tell he was in a busy place with loads of people, like a call centre or summat. Hope that info’s useful. Cheers!TalkTalkBT6 yearsSomebody said they were from BT but trust me, that was rubbish.BTSubmit Your Own Report (020 8398 6709)
