Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent, he wanted me to switch on my computer. I quickly told him I’m aware of these sorts of scam calls and ended the call straight away. The annoying bit was he actually knew my name.

Got a call from some bloke saying he was from the "tech team" about my computer. I told him I wasn't bothered and asked him to take my number off his list. Then I just ended the call! It was about 7.50 in the evening - lucky my girls were already in bed!

Someone called saying they could help me stop some programmes downloading on my laptop and wanted me to switch it on. I told them straight away I wasn’t gonna do that.

Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent, said he was from the tech department. Somehow, he already knew my name! When I said I don't own a laptop or any computer, he just hung up straight away!
