Received an unsolicited call earlier from this number, claiming to be BT Openreach. The person on the line sounded like they were in a chaotic call centre in India, and it was incredibly loud in the background. I decided it was best to end the conversation and hang up.

This number decided to ring me at 7:45 on a Saturday morning, which was rather inconsiderate, to say the least! I was jolted awake and, without my glasses, couldn’t make out the digits on the screen. Naturally, I thought it might be something serious or perhaps a query about my Covid jab. So, I picked up and greeted them, but all I got in return was a pause followed by a cacophony of chatter in the background. Someone then piped up asking if I could hear them. I chose not to respond, and they promptly disconnected. It definitely had the feel of a call centre operation.
