They’re just cold callers, really. They ring you after looking through court docs, trying to convince you to get them to handle your case. The bloke I talked to wasn’t really prepared and didn’t seem to fully understand our situation - our case against the person who owes us hasn’t even been heard yet. Not scammers, just annoying cold callers I wish wouldn’t bother me.
