Got a call from some bloke called Donald about an unpaid parking fine from 2012. He kept cutting me off so I just ended the call. He’s phoned me a couple times more today. What’s odd is I’ve never had a parking ticket and haven’t been behind the wheel for about eight years. Definitely a scam, no doubt about it.
