I picked up the phone and immediately a recorded message kicked in, some bloke talking all serious like he was from the 'Serious Crime Investigations Unit'. This sort of thing has happened to me before, where they want you to press a button to speak to an "officer" to straighten it all out. Total nonsense if you ask me, and whoever did that creepy voice acting really should feel embarrassed.
