Scammer alert! I received a call from someone claiming to be from Openreach, their accent was distinctly foreign and it had all the hallmarks of a call centre operation. They insisted they’d detected problems with my broadband service, despite the fact that I don’t even use Openreach for my internet. Quite dodgy if you ask me!

Somebody rang me claiming to be from Openreach but had a dodgy foreign accent. She was saying there was an issue with my internet. When I said it sounded like a scam and called her out, she just ended the call. Just a heads up to everyone else!
