Got a call from someone saying they were with BT and needed to check my modem. They asked if the modem lights were flashing and then said they weren't getting any signal from it. Then they told me to turn on my computer, but I refused to do that. Their reply was just, "Fine, it's up to you" before hanging up. Definitely a scam in my book.
