i picked up the phone and the person on the other end just went silent and then ended the call.

On the 17th of April, this number gave me a bell four times within the hour before ten. I decided to disregard the first three calls, but on the fourth, curiosity got the better of me. Once I picked up, I could tell straight away it was one of those unsolicited calls - the background clatter gave it away. Seemed like it was someone from India on the line, so I firmly told him to stop calling me. Honestly, I’m fed up with these persistent cold calls.

I keep receiving calls from someone claiming to be with TalkTalk. The person has an Indian accent, and there’s a clatter of voices in the background, making it seem like a busy call centre.

This morning, my phone rang four times from the same number; I didn't pick up, as I suspect it's a scam. My wife received a call from Nigeria previously, claiming they were from BT, while she’s actually with Virgin! It seems these dodgy calls just keep coming.

Received a couple of calls before 9am on Easter Monday, but it was the third attempt that caught my attention. The caller claimed to be from Talk Talk, insisting they needed to “fix” our router by connecting to their server. Quite relentless they were! The absurd thing is, we don’t even have an account with Talk Talk, yet they stubbornly insisted that we were under their umbrella. It’s plain to see they’re fishing for sensitive information from our computer.

I had a rather peculiar call earlier from someone claiming to be from TalkTalk, insisting it was regarding my sluggish internet connection. They then rather oddly requested that I power up my computer to troubleshoot the issue. This struck me as rather unusual, as TalkTalk has never made such a request in the past. I can't shake the feeling that this might be a scam.
