Somebody rang claiming to be from Microsoft, saying my computer had a problem - which it definitely doesn’t. She told me to get my computer so she could see the issue for herself. I said no straight away. Then a bloke, who said he was her manager, phoned me and told me the same story, insisting I turn on the PC. I wasn’t falling for it - it felt like a classic trick to get remote access, so I hung up.
