Heads up everyone, this number is a fake caller ID, but whether by mistake or not, ringing it back actually reaches a government department. So don’t get tricked if you get called again. I get calls from these folks all the time since I run a restaurant. Most times, I just tell them the boss isn’t around. Had a bit of a longer conversation with them today but still have no idea who they really are. They keep saying they’re some sort of government or regulatory agency, but that’s definitely not true. Honestly, no clue who they are, but I’d say steer clear.

Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent claiming to be from the government. He said they'd spotted that my electricity bills were unusually high. I just ended the call straight away.
