I've been receiving relentless calls for the last fortnight, all from different numbers beginning with 0208, 0207, or 0121. Strangely, a female voice with an American twang insists that HMRC is probing me for fraud, claiming there's a warrant out and that I could end up in prison unless I press 1 to speak to a manager. It's become quite the nuisance, as I've had at least one of these bothersome calls on both my mobile and landline every single day!
