I'm utterly baffled as to how these individuals managed to obtain my phone number! It feels quite invasive, to be honest, as I never shared it with anyone. Additionally, I should point out that I have no outstanding debts with the firm in question. Quite perplexing, indeed!

I've decided to block this outfit due to the fact that TALKTALK have yet to settle an outstanding debt with me. Their attempts to hound me following a botched phone line installation have crossed the line. I'm preparing to make this whole debacle public in a major newspaper. I intend to take legal action against them for the undue stress and harassment I've experienced, and I'll be pursuing full restitution. We mustn't allow these unscrupulous bullies to evade accountability for their actions.
