Got a call from some bloke with loads of noise in the back like a call centre. He claimed to be from BT, saying there was something up with my Broadband, that it was switching from Private to Public or something. I wasn’t convinced it was legit, so I rang BT myself using their proper customer service number. They told me it sounded like a scam call and assured me my Broadband was working fine.
