Got a call from someone named Fiona, sounded quite fluent in English but definitely had an accent. She said she was from this company called 'Switch and Save' and claimed she could help reduce my BT line rental fees. I tried looking up 'Switch and Save' afterwards but couldn't find any such company anywhere. Strange.
