Got a call from a lady named Janet, sounded Indian, talking about my boiler service. I told her I already pay a yearly lump sum so don’t have any service plan. Then she asked for my bank details, so I gave her fake info. She said that bank didn’t exist. I told her this was the seventh time I’d been called and I wasn’t having any of it - felt like a scam. She insisted it wasn’t, but when I tried calling her back, the number didn't work. Definitely feels like a dodgy scam to me.

Sounds like I got some random scammer calling, probably one of those “hello, who’s this?” types. Must be some dodgy "Mr Nobody" trying their luck, I reckon.
