Got one of those annoying automated calls today, bloke with a British accent claiming to be from the "British Telecom support team". Said my internet and landline were about to get cut off soon. Weird thing this time was no talk about my IP being "compromised" like usual. Instead, they said I had 48 to 72 hours before disconnection and gave me the choice to press 1 to talk to "tech support" or 2 to confirm the shutdown. Hah, I just smashed the hang-up button since I don't even have BT. Seriously, put these scammers on your block list!
