I received a voicemail on my mobile that started off with, "Greetings from XCL Technology Video Services . . For additional details, kindly press *." However, upon doing so, I found myself trapped in a continuous loop of recorded messages that just kept repeating the same thing. It seems rather suspicious, as if it's a ploy to keep one engaged for as long as they can.

We've got a legally binding prohibition against unsolicited calls, yet it appears it’s being completely disregarded by these muppets. So, who do we take to court? Is it BT, Tony Blair, Gordon Brown, or perhaps Davd Cameron? What's with these phone companies flouting the law?
